Health and safety
From the top-down, our leadership recognizes the importance of safety and is committed to returning workers home to their loved ones each day. Health and safety are more than policies at Brothers Group Construction Company; they are part of the foundation of how we work in the field, at our project sites, and in our offices.
One earnest worker can do more by personal suggestion to prevent accidents than a carload of safety signs. Accidents are a result of lack of attention to detail and no matter how minor, adversely affect employee’s health, image, and the efficiency of our business operation. Simply stated, no job task is worth risking an individual’s health and safety. Through proper and effective management of field personnel, and subcontractors, a complete team effort is created where we can all share in the rewards of a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
Being proactive to identify, test, and refine improvements, our safety program is regularly updated with current and best practices which increase our ability to achieve our targeted benchmark of zero accident record on each project.
