Project overview
Brothers Group Construction Company was awarded the Raising Cane’s project located within the US Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The scope of work included a complete interior and exterior demolition of an existing 80-year-old restaurant. Tasked to construct new 3,750 SF restaurant including kitchen, drive-thru, dining room, new patio seating, new paving, landscaping, double lane drive-thru, and exterior building improvement. The existing building shell was renovated to receive new high-end finishes, a modern kitchen, and appurtenances. The building exterior shell was retrofitted with modern amenities including CCTV, Wi-fi, audio speakers, and fresh paint. The main entryway has a new facade tower, with canopies, and accent lighting. All new landscaping was added as a finishing touch to complete the once 80-year-old building to the new modern restaurant it is today.
